Return Policy

Items may be returned if returns criteria below is satisfied.

1.    Purchased within the last 14 days

2.    Not worn or damaged

3.    Are in their original condition

4.    Are in the original packaging

Returns costs are the responsibility of the buyer if the buyer has changed their mind on the purchase. Returns costs are the responsibility of the seller if the product is faulty or not fit for purpose.

If you would like to change an item for another size, colour or style, you will need to return the item via our Returns policy and make a new purchase, as exchange is not available.

If the item/s returned do not meet the Returns criteria, an email will be sent to you by the Mythos and Muse Finance Team to inform you. Once the return item/ has been received at Mythos and Muse, a second email will be sent informing you that the returns refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for funds to appear in your account. Funds will be credited back to the same credit card or PayPal account that you have used as payment.

 

If a faulty claim is made, a photo is required. The supplier and/or manufacturer may need to be contacted in order to confirm whether the item is faulty. If the item is found faulty, a full refund, including delivery will be issued.

 

Items bought during a discount promotion will be refunded for the amount paid for the item.

Mythos and Muse Returns Policy adheres to the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Speedy and secure payment using your PayPal account.

 2. Afterpay is also available as a payment option.

 All transactions must be in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Stock availability is only valid at the time shown.

If for some unforeseen circumstance the ordered item isn't available, you will be notified and given the option of an alternative item, a backorder or cancellation of the order.

Any comments made on our Website must not be defamatory, obscene, or illegal in any form. Action will be taken to remove any such comments.

How to return

Follow the instructions provided.

Contact us by email and tell us the reason for returning the item/s (wrong size, wrong colour, didn’t meet your expectation, faulty item)?

If the reason for your return is due to incorrect size or colour or didn’t meet your expectations and you do meet the returns criteria, place item/s in the original packaging at your own shipping cost, to the address below. Please note that we do not accept returns after 14 days from purchase.

If the item is found faulty, a full refund, including delivery will be issued. Place the item in the original packaging and post it to the address we will provide to you by the

Mythos and Muse Team.

Mythos and Muse Privacy policy

Personal information will be required in the form of the cardholder’s name prior to completion of the purchase order.

Personal information collection may include:

1.    Your name.

2.    Your contact details.

3.    Identification information of the cardholder prior to releasing the order may be requested.

4.    Banking details when making a purchase.

 

 

Collection of personal information may be taken directly from you when:

A purchase is made from our website.

When interaction is made with us via social media, email, or via phone.

 

Personal information collected will not be disclosed to a third party not associated with Mythos and Muse unless authorised or required by law.

 

Any Personal information collected may be stored electronically and as a hard copy until no longer needed in which case the information will be destroyed or deleted securely.

Delivery

Dispatch within 1-3 days from the order date.

Once payment has been received, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Changes to your order are not possible (this includes changes in delivery address or changes in items purchased, including removal of items). Items will be delivered according to the address provided or Paypal address.

An email regarding your order from the courier company and a tracking link will be provided.

The courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If you are not present at the nominated delivery address, your order will be dropped at the nearest Australia Post for pick up. A note indicating that you have missed a delivery with parcel pick up location will be left in your mail by the courier and parcel must be collected within 5 business days from the collection point.

Deliveries to Parcel Lockers or Click & Collect locations are not possible.

Mythos and Muse values customer service and we have confidence in our products. Items listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Product descriptions and pricing may change without notification. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order for whatever reason, you will be notified within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
